Job Title: COO and Co-Founder of ServicePoint Solutions
Tell us about your day-to-day role at ServicePoint Solutions
My day to day role is to essentially look after the delivery team and business. I wear a few different hats so to speak and they consist of HR, Legal and Accounts. Whilst I do not have a direct involvement with delivery, I work closely with the Project Managers providing financial project updates and managing ServicePoint’s contractual obligations. I am affectionately nicknamed the “Fun Police” by the Team.
What are your hopes and dreams for the rest of 2023 and into 2024?
To continue to grow at a steady pace, to have excellent relationships with customers. Also to continue to support and develop the careers of our staff members.
What’s it like to work with the ServicePoint Solutions team?
I like to think of us as a weird and wonderful family. I believe we have shared values, trust, loyalty and a lot of laughs! Our closely connected relationships allow us to be the best version of ourselves professionally and personally. At ServicePoint we have such an eclectic group of people, with different views and backgrounds. We believe our differences are our strengths. It enriches our problem-solving capabilities and fosters innovative solutions drawn from our multitude of employment and life experiences.

I like to believe its because we treat everybody fairly and like a family. We try to encourage growth and learning as much as possible.
What inspires or motivates you?
Just trying to improve myself, my skills and relationships a little bit at a time. To be always moving forward and never stagnant.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love to read, you will normally find me with a paper book or my kindle in my hand. I enjoy going for walks around the UK/Wales with my Fiancé and friends, we try to go for one walk/hike a month.
I am also starting to get more into baking. I have just bought a new Kenwood mixer and I am having fun with new recipes.
Tell us a random fact about yourself
I have over 100 pairs of shoes.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can read fairly quick. I read 398 books last year. I am trying to hit the 400 mark this year - currently at 201 books.
Favourites (and why)
Film: The Harry Potter Series. I grew up watching them and remember going to the cinemas when each new film came out and being amazed by all the magic. I still re-watch them all year round, much to my Fiancé's annoyance! And I try to go to as many themed activities as possible.
Song: Adagio For Strings by Tiestio. I grew up listening to classic rave music thanks to my parents and I remember hearing this for the first time when I was about 10 years old. I never heard anything like it, it has been my favourite ever since. Also, I recently got to see Tiestio live in Ushisha, Ibiza and he played my favourite song.
Animal: Turtles, they are adorable and they just fascinate me.
Place: Anywhere with my Fiancé and loved ones.
Food: Lobster smothered in garlic and butter!
Salesforce Character: Ginnie the Rabbit - As they are all about the 360 customer view and trying to bring customer magic in every interaction.
