Welcome to the another edition of our 'Meet the Team' blog series with Tiegan Jarman. At ServicePoint Solutions, we champion a 'people-first' ethos, holding firm to the belief that it's our team members who truly define and distinguish us.
Going beyond the conventional, we are also proud to be a 'family-first' business. This familial spirit is evident, with our CEO's son and daughter, alongside their respective partners, playing pivotal roles within our ranks. Many of our team members are talented professionals with whom we've had the privilege of working with previously.
With a rich tapestry of backgrounds and deep expertise spanning Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Management, our team stands as a standard of excellence AND synergy.

Job Title: HR Assistant
Tell us about your day-to-day role at ServicePoint Solutions
The day usually kicks off with the team stand up, which is always a good laugh and catch up. My main role as HR Assistant is to be on hand to assist Jazmine, which can range from editing contracts to marketing, for example I designed the ServicePoint Solutions stickers that were handed out at Dreamforce.
What are your hopes and dreams for 2024?
I hope to continue to learn and provide my fellow team members with support where possible.
What’s it like to work with the ServicePoint Solutions team?
Working as part of the ServicePoint team has been unlike any other role I've previously had. I know it's been said before but it really is like a family, everyone is very supportive and approachable. Each time a new team member has joined the company they have slotted right in!
What makes ServicePoint Solutions stand out as a company/employer?
Everyone is so comfortable with one another, there isn't a power imbalance where you have to walk on eggshells, anything you want to say or ask you can do freely with no judgement. As an employee you really feel valued at ServicePoint.
What inspires or motivates you?
Professionally I am inspired by all of my team members, they all work to such a high standard which motivates my own self improvement. Personally, I am motivated by the fixer-upper we've just moved into, it's definitely going to be a labour of love!
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love being creative so cooking, baking, makeup, nails and reading.
Tell us a random fact about yourself
When I was 2 years old I swallowed a 2 pence coin thinking it was a chocolate penny, I almost died as it was stuck in my windpipe and got rushed to hospital. All for the sake of a bit of chocolate, not much has changed haha.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can speak with my mouth closed and it sounds like there's a tiny person trapped inside.
Favourites (and Why):
Film: 13 Going on 30. It was one of the few films we had on VHS as a kid so it became a firm favourite for me and my sisters, when I watch it now it's just so nostalgic. The soundtrack is also super underrated!
Song: Madonna 'Crazy for You'. I've been obsessed with it ever since I heard it in 13 Going on 30
Animal: Cats! My two ragdolls, Oaty and Elma in particular. I am definitely a crazy cat mum.
Place: Barmouth. I have lots of happy memories here from staying with my grandparents in the school holidays.
Food: Probably a roast dinner or sticky sesame chicken! I never get bored of either.
Salesforce Character: Genie the Rabbit.
